Do you accept returns for art prints?

  • Skyline Art Printing is the company used for reproducing my artwork into giclee art prints. Here is their return policy for all prints:
  • We do not accept returns. All sales are FINAL. There is a 25% fee for any changes after the order is placed.
  • If your prints arrive damaged, please keep all packaging and contact Skyline Printing for further instructions within 30 days after delivery to replace your prints: (512)497-2822 or

What mail service is used for shipping art prints?

  • Skyline Art Printing ships with USPS and UPS nationwide. 
  • The price you see at checkout will be calculated based on weight, quantity and size.
  • Shipping dates range from 1-7 business days, depending on distance. Customers will receive a tracking number via email as soon as their order has shipped.
  • In-store pickup is free for all Texas residents. Option is available once your Texas address is entered at checkout.

What print media is used for reproducing your artwork? 


  • For all of my artwork to be reproduced as art prints you will be able to choose from fine art paper, matte paper, semi-matte paper, glossy paper, stretched canvas and loose canvas.

What is your shipping policy for original artwork?

  • I ship my original artwork within 3-5 business days via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. There will be a tracking number and artwork will be insured for its total replacement value.
  • I will email you a tracking number upon shipping artwork.

What is your return policy on original damaged artwork?

  • If your original artwork arrived damaged, please keep ALL packaging materials and the paid receipt. I cannot accept the damaged work without a copy of the paid receipt. Contact me via email ASAP with the following information:
  • Please take a digital photo of the damaged shipping box (only if the box is damaged in some way) and the artwork and attach photo(s) in an email to me. email:
  • Please include your name, order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
  • You will have 7 business days to return artwork. You must contact me within those 7 business days.
  • Return shipping cost will be at customer’s expense and the artwork must be insured for the total replacement in case it gets lost during shipping.
  • You will receive an email within 24-48 hours confirming that your original damaged artwork return is being processed.

Can original artwork be returned even though it was not damaged?

  • Yes, you may return your original painting for a full credit of the cost of artwork within 7 business days of receipt. Return shipping cost will be at customer’s expense and the artwork must also be insured for the total replacement in case it gets lost during shipping.
  • Email for return instructions for your order and please give the reason for return. 
  • You must ship your item back to me in its original packaging and enclose your completed return request. You must return the item via a trackable method such as USPS Priority Mail or UPS.

What packaging materials are used for shipping original artwork?

  • The original artwork that you purchase from me is packaged with the utmost care! I use bubble wrap or something similar and a sturdy cardboard box. I use art paper to wrap the work before using the protective wrap and inserting into package.

Who is responsible for all applicable taxes and duty?

  • Shipping of my original art from the US to Canada:  All shipping is from the US and Canadian customers will be responsible for paying all applicable taxes and duty upon receipt of their artwork.  

Will the original art I ordered be ready to hang?
  • All of my paintings are shipped ready-to-hang and will be delivered to you with attached professional grade hanging wire, nails and mounting hooks.

What is the currency in?

  • All pricing is in United States Dollars (USD).
