Current Production & Response Time For Graphik Dimensions (Printer Vendor)
HERE IS OUR UP-TO-THE-MINUTE STATUS TO KEEP YOU INFORMED:
- You may experience a production delay of up to 6 business days on orders.
- Care Team response may take up to 3 business days to reply to inquiries.
- If your frame order contains a print, production timelines are slightly longer than the standard 4 business days.
- Canvas Clips are temporarily unavailable.
- UPS is charging an extra carrier surcharge of $50 for large packages over 71” in outside dimension (width + height)
- We are now providing essential products and services like acrylic safety shields and custom sign printing for CDC approved messaging.

How can I find out about your new work?
- On the bottom of every page of this website you only need to add your email address and click the join button.
Who fulfills the giclee art print orders?
- ArtStoreFront Prints by Graphik Dimensions (United States) is the printer who fulfills all of the giclee art print orders.
- Go to this link, https://www.asfprints.com/faq to read about all of their policies.
What print media is used for reproducing your artwork?
- For all of my artwork to be reproduced as giclee art prints you will be able to choose from several different art media; paper, canvas, metal and wood.
Shipping from DevaArt Studio
- I ship my original artwork within 3-5 business days via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. There will be a tracking number and artwork will be insured for its total replacement value.
- I will email you a tracking number upon shipping artwork.
What is your return policy on original damaged artwork?
- If your original artwork arrived damaged, please keep ALL packaging materials and the paid receipt. I cannot accept the damaged work without a copy of the paid receipt. Contact me via email ASAP with the following information:
- Please take a digital photo of the damaged shipping box (only if the box is damaged in some way) and the artwork and attach photo(s) in an email to me. email: devaartstudio@devaart.com.
- Please include your name, order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
- You will have 7 business days to return artwork. You must contact me within those 7 business days.
- Return shipping cost will be at customer’s expense and the artwork must be insured for the total replacement in case it gets lost during shipping.
- If the return is accepted, you will receive an email within 24-48 hours confirming that your original damaged artwork return is being processed.
Can original artwork be returned even though it was not damaged?
- All sales for original art are final.
What packaging materials are used for shipping original artwork?
- The original artwork that you purchase from me is packaged with the utmost care! I use bubble wrap or something similar and a sturdy cardboard box. I use art paper to wrap the work before using the protective wrap and inserting into package.
Who is responsible for all applicable taxes and duty?
- Shipping of my original art from the US to Canada: All shipping is from the US and Canadian customers will be responsible for paying all applicable taxes and duty upon receipt of their artwork.
Will the original art I order be ready to hang?
- All of my original paintings are shipped ready-to-hang (no frame) and will be delivered to you with attached professional grade hanging wire, nails and mounting hooks.
- All original paintings are created and/or mounted on birch panels. They will not be framed, but are ready to hang like this. I paint the sides and back of each piece and then add acrylic varnish to protect the front, sides and back.
What is the currency in?
- All pricing is in United States Dollars (USD).
What is the Wall Preview Tool used for?
- This website supports Augmented Reality to LIVE PREVIEW ART.
- This means that you can use the camera on your phone or tablet and superimpose any piece of art onto a wall inside of your home or business. To use this feature just look for the "Live Preview AR" button in the lower left-hand corner of every page when viewing any piece of art on this website!
