devaart.com is determined to provide great customer service! Customer satisfaction is a primary concern.
I do offer a refund policy for works over $100, so you will feel more confident when buying my art over the internet. I do believe though, that you will be very happy with any of my art you may purchase for yourself or as a gift.
Please notify CCNOW (1-877-226-6977) customer service of all returns charged on a credit card before proceeding. Once you have notified CCNOW, my secure online retailer, please re-package the item in the original shipping container. I cannot accept responsibility for unsolicited returns.
If the return is because the merchandise is defective, the return right is unconditional, and the customer will also be reimbursed for any shipping charges paid in the initial sale.
Shipping charges are not refundable if the return is NOT because the merchandise was defective.
The merchandise must be returned in 'like new' condition. The artwork must still be in its original shrink-wrap with all seals intact.
You must send your return back via an insured carrier with a signed return receipt (so you know I received the package) to the following address:

Refund Policy if paid by Personal Check
I abide by the following refund policy: If you are unsatisfied with your artwork for any reason, please notify me of all returns before proceeding. I cannot accept responsibility for unsolicited returns.
Once you have notified me by Email or phone, please repackage the item in the original shipping container and be sure to include your name, address, and phone number. If you notify me by Email, put "Devaart Return Request" in the subject line, so I'll know what its about.
I cannot accept the following returns:
• Art work under $100
• Any order returned more than 30 days after it was received
• Any damaged, or otherwise non-resalable print, or poster
• Greeting cards are not returnable
Please Note:
• Shipping charges are not refundable
• Return postage / insurance is the responsibility of the customer
• Refunds are not applicable to damaged returns
• I will refund you in the form of a check
