DevaArt Studio offers a return policy through PayPal for her original paintings that are for sale. I do believe that you will be very happy with any of my art work you might purchase, but in the event that you want to return the merchandise, then please read how you can resolve this.
If you are going to return your product for any reason, you must email me first at: email@example.com and I will then let you know where you can mail it back to.
To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase of the original painting. Make a copy of it and put it in the box with the return. I cannot accept any returns without the receipt.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from DevaArt Studio, returns can be made within 7 business days of receiving the purchase for a full refund less shipping charges. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I cannot offer you a refund.
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and no shipping charges will be refunded. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The artwork must still be in its ORIGINAL boxed package. Please package all items carefully to ensure that there is no damage during shipping. Make sure that you cover up the old shipping address and add the new one. Also, black out any shipping markings that may be on the box when I first shipped it.
YOU MUST USE mail tracking with a signed return receipt (so you know I received the package) and insurance because there is no guarantee that I will receive your returned item. Once I receive the item in its original, undamaged condition, you will receive your refund.
Please contact me with the tracking number BEFORE returning the item, so I will know that it is on its way. In the event that the item being shipped back to me is lost or damaged during shipping, I will not be able to refund you. In case this happens, you must contact the shipping courier that you selected and file an insurance claim.
Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days from when I receive the undamaged item(s) back.
OTHER: I do not offer a refund for packages that are lost, unclaimed or undeliverable. I am not responsible for any taxes that may incur.
REFUNDS (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your PayPal account. Then contact PayPal as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Please remember that you must return the product in the original packaging along with mail tracking and insurance!
