DevaArt Studio offers a return policy through PayPal for her limited edition prints and Christmas greeting cards that are for sale on this web site. I do believe that you will be very happy with any of my art work you might purchase for yourself or as a gift, but in the event that an item was defective upon delivery, please read how you can resolve this.
PayPal's Resolution Center
If there is a problem with your order, please open a dispute in the PayPal Resolution Center. This process offers buyers and sellers the opportunity to resolve the dispute on PayPal.
Some chargebacks are initiated prematurely by buyers. I try to avoid this by giving realistic delivery dates. Items are usually shipped within 7-10 business days. Packages are shipped with tracking numbers and signature confirmation to provide proof that the items were received.
If the return is because the merchandise was defective, the return right is unconditional. Defective merchandise can only be returned within 30 days of receipt. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Please re-package the item in the original shipping container. I cannot accept responsibility for unsolicited returns.
The merchandise must be returned in 'like new' condition. The artwork must still be in its original shrink-wrap with all seals intact.
You must send your return back via an insured carrier with a signed return receipt (so you know I received the package) to the following address:
